NiCoach replays every match as a win-probability curve, pins the moments that swung it, and names the play that would have swung it back. Then it coaches your next game live — one call at a time, drawn over the client.
Ask four teammates what decided that game and you get four answers, all of them about someone else. NiCoach gives one answer, with the number behind it — and it is usually a minute nobody remembers.
After every game, NiCoach rebuilds the whole match as a win-probability timeline. Every death, objective and rotation is scored by what it actually cost — not by how it felt.
Find the three moments that decided the game in five seconds. Deaths, drakes, backs — each with its exact swing.
Each swing gets a place, the numbers behind it, and the decision that caused it — down to "died at raptors without vision."
Recommendations show their data basis and the model's reliability tier. When NiCoach isn't sure, it says so.
NiCoach re-scores the game with one decision changed — recall, rotate, trade, reset — and keeps only the change that genuinely moves your win probability. That surviving change is the recommendation. No horoscope tips, no "ward more."

Instead of twelve percent at the final whistle. Thirty-five points of win probability, from one decision — and it has a name, a timestamp and a map zone.
In game, a transparent overlay shows at most one call at a time, with the number that justifies it. Objective timers, respawn math, buff clocks — live, and gone when they're not relevant.
Tips are capped at one on purpose. A second only appears when a defensive guard pairs with an attacking call.
NiCoach now connects each game to your current form, champion pool, friends, and private league. The same rule applies everywhere: show the evidence, and mark what is not known.

Create a league, invite friends with a code, and follow weekly rounds and standings. Pending data stays pending; sealed rounds do not move after the deadline.
Loading-screen roster facts surface the signals NiCoach can verify. Missing or incomplete Riot data is shown as unknown, never filled in with a guess.
Send requests, accept or decline them, and manage unfriend, block, and unblock actions without exposing a searchable player directory.
Your tester account lives at id.nivasec.de. Sign-ins are allowlisted — this beta is a handful of Iron–Gold players on EUW.
Run the small Windows installer once, sign in, and link your Riot ID. The shell loads the app from coach.nivasec.de — it keeps itself current.
The overlay coaches live; the review, profile, friends, and private league update around your games.
The coaching engine and the live game reader run locally. Your match history is fetched by our server with our Riot API key — you never handle a key. We store your account, your linked Riot ID, and the feedback you send. Nothing else leaves your machine.
One small installer: the shell plus the local companion — engine, live game reader, overlay. After sign-in the shell loads the app straight from coach.nivasec.de, so updates reach you instantly. No reinstalling.
